Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

By booking any service with CoastalClean NE, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy before booking.

Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of CoastalClean NE and only under the terms outlined in the Refund Policy. The £10 booking deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows. Service outcomes are not guaranteed and refunds will not be provided where results are limited by the vehicle’s pre-existing condition.

This disclaimer forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all customers upon booking.

Refund Policy - the basics

  • Deposits

    • All bookings require a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

    • This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows

    • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.

    • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of the deposit and may require a new deposit for rebooking.

  • Service Satisfaction

    • If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the premises or within 24 hours. We may offer to correct the issue, but refunds will not be issued for results limited by the vehicle’s existing condition (e.g., permanent stains, wear, or damage).

  • Service Interruptions

    • If we are unable to complete your service due to circumstances outside of your control (e.g., severe weather or equipment failure), we will rebook you at the next available time at no extra cost.

    • If the service cannot be completed due to the vehicle being in an unsuitable state (e.g., excessive dirt, safety concerns), the deposit will be retained.
