By booking a service with CoastalClean NE, you agree to the following terms:

We take every precaution to ensure your vehicle is treated with the highest care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, or issues arising from poor prior repairs, worn materials, or aged surfaces.

All valuables must be removed from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

While we do our best to meet agreed timeframes, service durations may vary depending on vehicle condition.

Any protective coatings (sealants, waxes, etc.) applied are subject to environmental conditions and proper aftercare; no guarantees are made regarding their lifespan.

By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize us to carry out the agreed services. You also confirm that the vehicle is insured, roadworthy, and legally parked.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By booking a service with CoastalClean NE, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or for missed appointments.

Vehicle Condition

Customers must inform us of any known defects, damage, or issues prior to service.

We reserve the right to refuse service on vehicles that are excessively soiled, pose a health risk, or are unsafe to work on.

Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues caused by previous poor repairs or ageing materials.

We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Service Scope

Services will be performed as outlined in your selected package. Additional work may incur extra charges.

Service times may vary based on vehicle condition and size.

Payment

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

We accept cash, bank transfer, or card (if applicable).

While we strive for excellent results, some stains or damage may be permanent.
