By booking a service with CoastalClean NE, you agree to the following terms:

  • We take every precaution to ensure your vehicle is treated with the highest care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, or issues arising from poor prior repairs, worn materials, or aged surfaces.

  • All valuables must be removed from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

  • While we do our best to meet agreed timeframes, service durations may vary depending on vehicle condition.

  • Any protective coatings (sealants, waxes, etc.) applied are subject to environmental conditions and proper aftercare; no guarantees are made regarding their lifespan.

  • By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize us to carry out the agreed services. You also confirm that the vehicle is insured, roadworthy, and legally parked.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

By booking a service with CoastalClean NE, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

    • A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

    • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or for missed appointments.

  2. Vehicle Condition

    • Customers must inform us of any known defects, damage, or issues prior to service.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service on vehicles that are excessively soiled, pose a health risk, or are unsafe to work on.

  3. Liability

    • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues caused by previous poor repairs or ageing materials.

    • We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

  4. Service Scope

    • Services will be performed as outlined in your selected package. Additional work may incur extra charges.

    • Service times may vary based on vehicle condition and size.

  5. Payment

    • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

    • We accept cash, bank transfer, or card (if applicable).

  6. Results & Aftercare

    • While we strive for excellent results, some stains or damage may be permanent.

    • Protective treatments (e.g., coatings, sealants) require proper aftercare for best performance; durability is not guaranteed.

  7. Weather Conditions

    • In cases of severe weather, appointments may be rescheduled for quality and safety.
